Dear Sir/ Madamme,
Recently we booked a transfer for our vacation in Sevilla, Spain. Yesterday (8-11-2014) we tried to download our e-ticket by using the download link wich was sent to us by email.
When we tried to enter our destinstion address we could not enter the address on the website. So we tried it again today (9-11-2014). Again the same problem occured. On the phone your colleague said to me that we were too late and couldn’t use the transfer anymore which we allready paid for by paypall. We honestly didn’t know that we had to download the e-ticket before 7 pm.
We are devistated by this becaurse we now do not have a transfer when we arrive in Spain tomorrow.
I asked your colleague how I can get my money back, he told me that I can get my money back by sending an email to you.
