Mijn Klacht:
Our flight was canceled by Ryanair. On Tuesday 8 may 2018 Ryanair acknowlegde receipt of our refund. And you that our refund request has been processed back. But we never recieved the refund!
In case of telephone inquiry, Ryanair employees indicate that the money has been transferred. And that they can not help me.
Gewenste Oplossing:
This is not acceptable and I want Ryanair to return the amount of € 275.95 you wrongly received.
I request that you acknowledge receipt of this letter and return the full amount to me as soon as possible.
