Mijn Klacht:

We booked a flight from Eindhoven Airport to Marrakech.
Tue 14 nov 2017 Flight FR5895 Depart EIN at 12:05 and arrive RAK at 14:50. We had a delate from 45 minutes. But the flight was good, we had no problems going to Marrakech.
But we had problems before with checking in for the boarding pas. We did the check in for going to Marrakech, but we can’t checkt in for the flight Marrakech to Eindhoven… I think this is strange also because it is a short trip.
In Marrakech we can’t checkt in because the internet was not so good. So when we came at the airport we most pay 1200,00 MAD for our ‘new’ tickets. I was really upset because I traveler often and I never, never had it like this. This can be a reason to not fly with Ryan air anymore.

Gewenste Oplossing:

When people can checkt in before they going on holiday also for the way back. Because I hear from other people that they did it because they pay for the chairs.. I think that is really unfair.
And when it is like this then you put it big on the site.

I am happy when me and my travelpartner get the money back because it feels really unfair. Marrakech is a deferent country and in the Riad we don't had good internet.

I hope we found a good solution for us together.
