I am Mohammed Khalil, I have booked a flight from Amman To Brussels on 28-09-2021 with my family, but unfortunately we have missed the flight because of the person who worked in front the gate! His name is Jafar Al Aqrabawi.
We was on time in the airport, everything was alright til we arrived to the gate on 17:15 pm and we asked him to go in because the people was waiting in the line, then he said the gate is closed and i cant help you, we talked to him quietly a lot and we asked him to help us because the plane was outside and the doors was still open also the people still going in! so it is not logic to do not help us. (Please check the attachment) you can also return to the airport cameras.
My wife told him that he only has right to do not let us pass only if the plane doors is closing, then he replied if you are alone i can let you pass! and she replied if your problem is with the buggy i leave it here! So that mean their is an exceptional and he can help!!
On the screen was written Brussels flight final call but not gate closed, plus they didn’t call us on speaker. Normally they talk in speaker because when they check they can see that their is people who checked in and the baggage’s was inside the plane!
The plane left at 18:10 which means late, just to take out our bagages and not let us in, which is easier and faster!
He caused a lot of problems for us because we have tow kids with us and their melk was finished, they was so tired because we are from 14:00 pm at the airport!! My wife medicine is also finished because we have only count our things for tow weeks!! in addition to the extra expense that we have to book another tickets, reserve a car and hotel again!! plus a problem in our works because we have spend more days than what discussed.
The big problem was when we booked again another flight on 5-10-2021 we was their on time, but the gate was opened til 17:35!!! so and we have seen many people they came late and they let them pass!!
I will take a legal action against your company, berceuse whats happend is unacceptable, in addition to the delay and the expenses that occurred because of your company.

to pay all the extra expenses
