on Sunday 23 September at 15:55 FR 2334 I had a schedule flight with my husband and two childrens (age 8 and 10) to flight back from Malaga to Amsterdam via FR 2334 (from AGP to AMS). We came on time, went through the custom and stopped by the toilet for the kids. We came at 15:30 and the boarding was finished and the place was gone! No announcement callany last call and the plain just went off earlier than scheduled (was scheduled on 15:55) without any announcement on the monitor or anywhere!! We were in shocked, left alone with other passengers who faced the same issue. the personal did not want to do anything for us just saying it was a pilot decision. Excuse me? We could not get any other flights from Ryanair on the same day (the next one was on Wednesday 26 Sept) not to mentioned that we have to be at our works on Monday and the kids back to the school. We had to purchase for 1495 euro another tickets for 4 of us via Transavia and waited 7 hours with the kids (one of them is handicap) at the airport. What kind of the service is this? Is this how Ryanair treat their customers who are travelling (with the kids and handicap kids)?? Please be so kind and help us how can we resolve this? We lost so much money and be exposed to the frustration and no sleep as we had to travel through the night with Transavia (only available option) and work early next day. Thank you for your help.
