Hello,
We are very disappoined with the way you are working. From the day of booking to departure, i have received at least 10 e-mails regardin covid tests, certificates and vaccinations…but an international passport you don’t let us know.
Consequently that we could forget our trip to Marrakech.
We were at the airport of zaventem Brussels on 17/2/22 and were not allowed to leave. We were never told we needed this anywhere.
At Tui, Corendon, Brusselsairlines…this is communicated. It is only a small effort to mention in an email which documents are needed!!
It’s hard enough to go on vacation in times of corona with all that paperwork.
With this we have now not only lost our holiday, but also our money from flight, hotel, taxi ( already paid in Marrakech), covidtests … this is a real shame. It would have been the first time we went on holiday with Ryanair but certainly never again.
