Mijn Klacht:
Yesterday me and 4 of my friends had an planeticket from Eindoveen Airport to Athens with transfer in Milan Bergamo , we couldnt check-in online before the flight because when we tried to login it said the e-mail adress that we filled in was not true. We went to airport this afternoon to ask the service desk how can we check-in online , the lady there said that our tickets has been registered to an other e-mail adress , while she was trying to find out the e-mail adress it became too late and we had to check-in from the desk.We paid 55€ each. The e-mail adress she told us was [email protected]. It is such a weird thing because my name is Furkan Turhan but there is no such an e-mail adress like chairpolishing and I didn’t fill that e-mail when I bought the ticket. It is not our mistake and we would like to have our money back.
