Ik heb een vlucht geboekt voor 5 personen. Tijdens het invullen van het formulier om de vlucht te boeken stond er een prijs van €80,- per koffer ruimbagage. Eerder had ik gezien dat een koffer meenemen €25,- bij het online boeken. De koffer bijboeken voor €80,- heb ik dus niet gedaan. Ik besloot om deze achteraf bij te boeken. Nu blijkt dat achteraf bijboeken €50,- kost per vlucht. Terwijl zij hier https:www.ryanair.comnlnlreis-plannenvliegen-met-onsbags-made-simple aangeven dat het €25,- is. Via deze link kost het ook €25,- Ik probeer ze uit te leggen dat er in het formulier €80,- staat bij het boeken van de vlucht. Als ik nu via het webadres www.ryanair.com het formulier voor een nieuwe vlucht invul komt er nog steeds €80,- te staan. Het lijkt dus op een fout in het formulier. Je kunt alleen maar in het Engels met ze spreken en doen net of ze je probleem niet begrijpen. Op deze manier is het wel erg makkelijk geld verdienen.Nu is het dus 5 keer €50,- dat ik extra kan betalen om elke reisgenoot zijn koffer mee te kunnen laten nemen heen en terug. Op deze manier is het makkelijk geld verdienen voor Ryan air en een oplossing wordt niet geboden.

Yesterday evening I booked a flight for 5 persons tot Barcelona. In the form I saw that i can book lugage for €80,- euro’s per person 20 kilo per lugage. But in the beginning I saw it was €25,- euros per person. So I denied to book the lugage because I thougt is was a bug in the form. And now I want to book our lugage 20 kilogram per person and now it costs €50,- per suitcase. But in this link https:www.ryanair.…iegen-met-onsbags-made-simple It’s €25,- How is that possible? If I knew that I wouldn’t book this flight. Normally I fly with Transavia and there I can get more handlugage and the suitcase of 20 kilogram costs €18,-. I don’t understand how it can be that in the beginning it’s €25,- than it’s €80,- in the form and now it’s €50,-

Ik ben tevreden als ik tegen het tarief van €25,- mijn koffers kan bijboeken ipv €80,- of €50,-. Je leest eerst €25,- maar dat is €80,- en achteraf €50,-
