!This is an urgent matter!

By means of this mail I would like to convey my dissatisfaction of the hotel we have booked on your website with booking number 281039.

I assumed that booking on halalbooking.com would mean that the hotel would have any association with halal. Unfortunately nothing appeared to be less true. Alcohol was served and there was mixed gender pools and inappropriate swimwear even inside the restaurant and lobby. We were forced to stay in our room most of the time. Also the absence of any halal alternative and people staring at us because of our normal appearance made our stay very unpleasant.

All this I wanted to avoid in forehand and that is why I booked on your halal booking website. We expected a fun and kids friendly hotel and thus a great vacation. We were very shocked and sad to conclude that this would not be the case in this hotel. Even a normal night rest for the kids was not possible as there was loud disco music that we could hear from inside our rooms most of the night , as if we were at a dance event rather a family hotel.

We are highly dissatifished with this hotel and we want a replacement in an halal hotel which in the least has the alternative of seperate pools, a family friendly beach, no alcohol and no loud disco event music in the night. This so we can enjoy our stay for the remaining days.

We have booked our stay in this hotel from 10 to 15 July. I hope we can spend the remaining days in a halal hotel..
I hope to hear very soon whether this is achievable as this is a very urgent matter!
