Mijn Klacht:
I was hired by Randstad and I worked for Nippon Express (Nederland) B.V. at Cessnalaan 24, 1119 NL Schiphol-Rijk.
I was fired by the Randstad employees for requesting unpaid wages. Before that, I was explicitly told that if I insisted asking for unpaid wages, I would be fired.
According to the CAO: “in the case of a dispute about the time registration form, the private employment agency shall bear the burden of proof with regard to the number of hours the temporary agency worker has worked”. They kept time registration forms and the workers checked in and out at a security desk but they have not presented any of these documents.
Also, they claim to be using the ABU remuneration system with some exceptions. However, to do that, they need to have an official permission letter from the Dispensations Committee. I have requested that they present this document, but they have refused.
Finally, they refused to give me any document that would state what my actual salary was.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to recover unpaid wages and obtain copies of all the aforementioned documents.
