Mijn Klacht:
I have a few points:
1- Why are there no reclining seats for passengers to rest at Doha Airport? That is very important for the people who have to wait 7-8 hours, see the attachments.
2- Why the shops at Doha Airport do not accept coins and change? Only notes are accepted and even worse if you buy something for €6, they have to refund €4, but they don’t give change and only refund Qatari rials, why. This is not normal and fair.
In Istanbul you pay euros and you also get change in euros back.
3- There is not enough food on the plane for the passengers.
It is said: sorry, it is now gone and we no longer have it.
That is not acceptable. Unbelievable.
