I am texting you following an error(!!!!!) within Qatar Airways. organization concerns. I booked at18:32 2 tickets from Oct 5 16:35 from Brussels to Bali and back on Oct 31 00:30 from Bali to Brussels. However, I never received the tickets but the money was debited.!!!! This has been debited to my bank (ABN AMRO) and they have declared the payment correct, which means that the money should be in your account and we are entitled to our tickets. We are talking about an amount of €2922,50, so I assume that Qatar also see the seriousness of it. Instead of this, the service is really bad!! We now want our money back so we can book (the same) new tickets and do receive the tickets. It was ordered, so I assume that this amount is already in their account, or at worldpay, but that is your cooperation and not that of my bank. So the problem lies with Qatar. Attached I have documents that can prove that the money has been debited from my account. I hope Qatar will fix this as soon as possible, if they want to avoid another complaint about Qatar Airlines. If I had known this I would never have booked! What a bad Airline!
