Mijn Klacht:

Sorry that i understand no Netherlands…. But its important to protect others from buying tickets from Protickets.nl – so i hope you excuse that i write in english….

We ordered 6 tickets for Tenacious D in june and paid 600 Euros in march. We several times asked if it would be possible to receive tickets 2 weeks before the concert, as we planned a journey to the Netherlands. No reaction. 4 days before the concert started, they informed us, that they did not receive tickets from the concert-promoter. We booked hotel+flight for 6 persons – only because of the concert!

Until now, 4 weeks after the last communication, we received no more answer on 6 emails we sent, and its unimpossible to get them on the phone. so we will start a campaign with a lawyer and inform about proticket on facebook and twitter.
perhaps all the affected protickets-customer should cooperate and inform the police and bring an action with a lawyer against that company. IF you are interested, send me an email: matala(at)gmx.at

Gewenste Oplossing:

Hope that finally Promoters get the klacht-information and black-list Protickets. This ticket-agent is a threat for the reputation of all serious ticket-agents.
