My wifi connection stopped working after less than 1 week of contract. An Odido technician came and did not solve my problem. From there my saga started. Unprepared customer service represetantives, I tried all channels. Impossible to get an appointment. Odido even gave me the phone number of KPN which is their provider for which I do not have a contact with. I did not agree but I tried to call them and no one answers.
I have smart lamp and having dinner with candle lights every night for a week now (irony). What do I need to do to have internet connection from home? I guess it was a big mistake to change provider.
