It’s been 10 days since I ordered from Philips. They gave me the wrong track and trace ID in the first place. They lost my order, and they ask every time to wait. They even don’t give me an update. I need to wait for their irresponsibility. Is that hard for them to manage customer orders?! Why should I pay and wait for their irresponsibility? IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I AM NOT PAY PHILIPS FOR THEIR PROBLEMS.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Get my order as soon as possible with compensation.
