Mijn Klacht:
I order a phone 28-06-2019 (first it was damaged -i sent it back -they resend it back-i sent back-they resend and DHL lost it ).
I am trying to get my money back or to convince them to sent my a new one, because none of this is my fault,but of course they don’t agree.(it is under investigation) .
20082019 no solution.
Gewenste Oplossing:
If a get a new phone or my money back.
