In November 2019 I bought 2 Electric Toothbrush from Oral-B Model 4000N as part of a promotion where I should be refunded with EUR 30,00 for each one of them.
I have sent the serial number and the respective receipt coupon right after but have not been refunded yet…
Since then, I have been trying to reach your Contact Center for weeks without success…
I always hear the same message explaining that Due to technical problems the call cannot be answered.
I received an email in November ing my process was in order and I should be refunded within 2-3 weeks but nothing happened.
After that I kept trying to contact you by sending a number of emails (see below) with no response at all, which is quite disappointing and absolutely frustrating.
I kindly ask you to check this urgently so the payment can be processed asap.
