Mijn Klacht:
I bought the Groupon for Nuevo Clinics for 12 months IPL in that time I think they have properly done 3 of my appointments. THe rest of the time they have cancelled it, asked me to change the time to earlier (I work so this is impossible), or for the third time now no one is there!!!!!!! I have tried to phone and the website seems to be gone. This is completely unacceptable. I am very unhappy about this.
Gewenste Oplossing:
There was one nice girl who worked there and she was the one who did my 3 appointments that were properly honored.
