Onjuist betaaling

Question

There was €21,99 taken off my account today from Novalnet AG - 09/09/2020. I was only a member for 2 days of a dating sight but no longer wished to continue. My complaint: I ask that the account is properly closed and my money is not taken again.

We would like to remind you again that you should always contact the website provider (from whom the order was placed) to cancel your subscription or at least you should inform us at Novalnet (on payment@novalnet.de or contact us via telephone during our working hours at 49 89 923 068 329) if you face any problems with the website provider, so that we can take necessary actions. We're glad to help you anytime.

Anyway, we have forwarded your termination request to the website provider (from whom the order was placed) now. We have also stopped further direct debits too. So, the case is now solved. 

We therefore kindly request you to delete this negative review. This will motivate us to further assist you.
