Mijn Klacht:
On July 15th, 2019, we have bought a camera and paid 127,66 euro. We received the camera but we found it was not the right camera model. As the result, we returned the camera on July 22, 2019 via Post NL which was received and has been signed by CCTV. We have not received the refund. CCTV does not answer calls or return emails.
Gewenste Oplossing:
We would like to receive the refund in full amount.
