Mijn Klacht:
Nikkie sent me the wrong item. I then tell them over 1 week ago they sent me the wrong item, and ask for them to ship the correct dress. They tell me they cannot send me the correct dress, but that they will refund me instead. I think thats absurd as its much easier to just to make up for their mistake and send the correct dress. I then place a new order, so now I have 2x money out for Nikkie and NO dress. I have asked them everyday to refund my money, but they say it takes a long time because I received the wrong item! I am SO mad and there is absolutely no customer service existing here. Never gonna order from there again, this is the worst I have ever experienced. I want my refund and my dress!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my refund for the dress I ordered ASAP, since I did not get a dress. They sent me the wrong item, they MUST solve it.
