Being recruited to new work place , I have urgently started looking for living space. Out of desperation to get a living space as quickly as possible, I registered at housess.eu. After all, there were nice houses on this site for an affordable monthly rent. To be able to respond to these properties I had to become a premium member. I paid € 19.95 for this on Februry 6, 2019. Then I started responding to the houses, but there is no place to response in the website. Because I have no faith that housess.eu will help me with a house, I tried to cancel the premium membership. The website states that if you cancel your membership within 14 days, you will receive the € 19.95 back. For this only a mail needs to be sent to customer service. However, the specified e-mail address of the customer service does not seem to exist so my mail does not arrive. I feel abused because I am desperate for a home. The person or persons behind this website do not deserve this money!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied if multisafepay.com returns the money that I had to pay via them to the scammer (s).
