Mijn Klacht:
The agreed delivery time mentioned on the Purchase Order is 12 days .
After 12 days I called to check the status of my order and I was told that the delivery to their warehouse actually takes 4-6 weeks another 1-2 weeks to send it to the final recipient. No one informed me about this before.
So that is actually 8 weeks delivery time instead of 12 days as advertised.
Employees claimed they cannot do anything about it and that they do not know anything about the delivery time of 12 days (which is mentioned on the Purchase Order).
Disappointing and misleading experience.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to receive my order asap. The agreed 12 days have passed.
