Mijn Klacht:
During my visit to Microsoft HQ in Seattle in week 7 2020, at the visitor center Microsoft Store, I was sold an XBox Game Pass 6 months,and I specifically asked the sales person (Julian) that I needed it for the Netherlands, and he ed that there were no boundries. However this is only valid in the US when trying to redeem to code. Its a 6 month card purchased under receipt ID: 109210051000009770. I understand that there are no possible refund or exchange options as the purchase was done in the United States Microsoft Store.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When it is possible to exchange an US Code with an EU code through an easy and only process.
