Mijn Klacht:

Today 25 November at 17:45 Mango Hilversum.
I had like 10 pieces of clothing in my hands and on my way to the fitting room,in about 5 meters away before I arrive to the fitting room,I hear her approach (the working lady) like “omg! Very loud she tells me,”are you gonna try all this? And I was already thinking about this approaching me, and i sayd yes. She is trying to tell me that I need to try 5 pieces at the time,ok ok,I said and then she was very rude telling me that I am not aloud to try shoes and a hand bag in the fitting room. Ok I also agree whit that and I am trying to tell her that this is not the way you talk whit your costumer and I am going in the fitting. I heard how very loud and complaining to her gadget that she have a problem and she needs his menager. I even did not make in time to put the 5 pieces in the fitting and the Men coming very quickly whit a very aggressive approach verbally,like to repeat what the lady said already. And I tell them, for what kind of PROBLEM she call him,do we have a PROBLEM? Because I don’t have a problem,She have a PROBLEM whit me!! Very rude,very loud,keep on telling me from the beginning that they need to close,since the beginning they keep saying that and they acting so nervous and aggressive whit their costumers just because they stil have 15min before closing ??? I dont understand how they can be working in such environment if you don’t know what to make your job wel and have respect for people in your shop! This is very embarrassing and frustrating because I left out whit them shouting on me. How can I solve this situation? They don’t deserve to work whit people ! They should be fired! Such a horrible situation and experience ever!!!
