Mijn Klacht:
Dear Sir / Madam,
My name is Nora Oliver. November 15 between half 3/3 hours. I went to the Manfield shop in Spuistraat The Hague across new Hunkemöller.
I saw in the window some nice shoes that I wanted to fit in the store and buy for my vacation. There were two guys in the shop who were very busy arguing so loudly with each other and said no hello to me, what I found very rude!! I continued to look and fit some shoes. Meanwhile both boys were busy witch each other in conversation and none of them came to help me. Then there was another co-worker, friendly short girl and she greeted me and another customer who was standing next to me and asked if she could help us. Then I told her that I had decided to leave because I did not feel welcome by the 2 co-workers, but by her kindness I’m still going to fit some pair of shoes. She apologizes on behalf of the colleagues and ask if she could help me.
Unfortunately they did not had my size, but she did say about two other branches and that I can try there. She asked me if she should call for me to the store, but I said I look on the Internet because I don’t have time anymore. That I found very sweet of her. While talking to her, there were few other customers, which totally were not helped by the guys. I finally did not buy the shoes because I had no more time on my lunch break. If one of the guys had helped me earlier I had definitely saved some time to go to another branch and had certainly bought a shoe from Manfield store.
I am sending you this e-mail because I am disappointed and hopefully you can do something with my feedback so it does not happen again to another customer, because they go away by such a behavior.
With best regards,
Nora Oliver
