Mijn Klacht:
In June, I made a purchase from Lux Plus and, unbeknownst to me (as I do not speak Dutch), I inadvertently became a member. To my surprise, I only became aware of this situation when I received a call from College Masters yesterday, informing me of a 50 Euro fine I am required to pay due to non-payment of the membership fee. This revelation was utterly unexpected, as the communications from College Masters were consistently routed to my spam folder and, regrettably, were in Dutch – a language I do not understand.
I wrote a mail to College Masters saying I will pay the membership fees since I have agreed to terms and conditions and but I am not willing to pay 50 euros as the mails were in my spam and I had no idea about this until I got a call. They call me consistently and harass me to pay 50 euros. This is definitely not how a customer has to be treated. I am never buying anything from Luxplus, informing my friends and also going to tweet about the same.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I do not want to pay any money as I feel scammed by luxplus.nl.
