Mijn Klacht:
After paying for a 6 months membership after 3 weeks my account was just deleted without an explanation.
I tried contacting then with no results.
I open a new membership and after 1 day this too was deleted.
I sent emails to customer service about this problem and asked ffor a refund on one of this membership, No word from Lexa.
Now I cant get into my new account and I cannot get a response from Lexa. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
i would like an immediate refund on one of these paid membership.
