For months, I have tried to get hold of Lebara. Email, phone, chat and even a google review. Constantly :
– They ignore emails
– Chat is down
– They ignore web based messages
– Their phone lines are down
After months of trying to cancel and them continuously charging me, I started reversing the payments. Now they are getting debt collectors involved in a situation where I always paid on time, but refused to pay once I had already given notice of cancellation and they did not act. Even though I asked so many times to cancel my account, they ignored me every time and just kept charging me. I find this a corrupt way of working.
Gewenste Oplossing:
They need to cancel my accounts and reverse charges so that my account is EUR0, as well as cover costs for the erroneous use of a debt collector.
