Mijn Klacht:
I have been getting charge for an International call however I already have Unlimited International Call plan in my package.
I called customer care multiple time and they are unable to explain the charges. Their response is you have crossed fair use policy. When I cheeked fair uses policy I can make maximum up to 3000 min calling. But I have hardly used for 35 min.
When I told them Immediately they started talking about the way I am talking about. However I was really calm and asking for explanation. They were the one very rude. They disconnect my call every time without proving any justification.
I don’t know it is happening with how many people and they are earning fraudly. Even it happens with me before but the amound was just coupl of euros and I just ignored it.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like the justification for the charges and wants my money back. Correct their system o prevent this from future. some action against the employees who I talked with. They can not talk such way.
