Mijn Klacht:
In OCTOBER 2017 I made an AGREEMENT to close all my 4 dossiers but the person who helped me only included 2 dossiers. Here the details:
– 216154733 and 216152301 were included in the agreement and they are close now;
– 217032034 and 217055511 are still open and i asked to include also those in the first agreement IN OCTOBER 2017, someone was just too smart to don’t put them together so now the INCASSO KOSTEN ARE MORE AND MORE.
IN FEBRUARY 2018 I GOT AN EMAIL REGARDING ECOURT FOR DOSSIER N 217032034 AND ONE OF THE PERSON WHO PICKED UP THE PHONE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND THIS DOSSIER AND SHE ASKED ME TO IGNORE THE EMAIL.
SO ALSO IN THIS CASE THE INCASSO KOSTEN ARE GROWING MORE AND MORE.
23 of March i called them ten times asking for answers and solution regarding my situation and they all asked me to send an email explaining the problem and they all told me someone will take care of it, so i sent i really detailed email but NO ANSWER.
Few days later, I got a letter, asking me to pay 406€ in 5 working days and still no answer to my email, so I wrote again.
It answer to me a nice woman in Dutch, even if I wrote in English and she kept replying to me in Dutch. She gave me info regarding one of the dossier and the her one not.
SO THEY ARE NOT CLEAR, THEY DONT TELL YOU HOW MUCH IS THE TOTAL OF THE DOSSIER YOU HAVE AND THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN CLOSING DOSSIERS SINCE IF THEY WAIT THE INCASSO KOSTEN WILL GREW AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM BECAUSE THATS THE LAW.
Gewenste Oplossing:
VERY VERY DISSATISFIED, FELT DISCRIMINATED BECAUSE NOT TALKING DUTCH, TREATED LIKE AN IGNORANT AN ALPHABET.
I am here in the Netherlands because I work for a big company, I am not a refugee.
Very unprofessional to not give any explanation regarding what happened and why. They just protect themselves and the terrific way they work.
