Mijn Klacht:
Contractor did not arrive at the agreed date, instead came at his leisure the next day. I received no notification or call about this.
Contractor said he was going on vacation, and did not speak good English, even though I mentioned this on the phone to Klusup before. Therefore he left after several minutes with no ation of anything – not even that he understood the job I wanted done.
Now I get hunted by the collection agency for 100 euros for this 2 minute failed interaction.
Unbelievable that a company can exist like this in the Netherlands.
Not only this, but talking to their customer support and financial department is like talking to a wall – they pretend they can’t read my complaints and just respond saying I need to pay.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Cancelling the bill with theirselves and the collection agency.
