Mijn Klacht:
I went today (04-Sep) in the Kiko Milano shopping in The Hague City Center and the lady who was selling gave me the wrong product, she sold me the wrong lipstick number. When I came back to exchange it with the correct one she said she could not help due to a system problem. Then she was very reactive and denied to either give my money back, or to exchange to the right one. Im very disappointed with the service as the other employees were also demonstrating impatience with my situation (complaining out loud), making me feel very uncomfortable. And again, the error was from the sales person who gave me the wrong product.
Therefore, I’m writing here with the hope that you can help with the situation. I would like to receive the correct lipstick (number 03) without coming back to this shop.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to receive the new product via post (lipstick : unlimited stylo number 03), with a returning package, so I can return the wrong product.
I also think that is important to give a good service, therefore, train better their staff as they made me feel very uncomfortable with their treatment.
I think if the shop is not able to cover consumer’s rights, they shouldn’t be opened.
