Mijn Klacht:

Hello, I visited this restaurant 15319, order 3357. Wanted to order via order (Fill up), didnt take my MC. Ordered via pult, asked for option with drink for warm tea. Was told the mashine is broken. Asked for Pepsi without ice – got it with ice (it was cold day outside and I dont drink icy drinks anyway).Didnt get any dressing with it (on the ordering mashine there was choice of 3 varieties. No choice of cookies either. Wanted to go for WC – it was broken. Had to ask staff which was very busy at that time and was waiting nearly half an hour. Why do I have to pay for toilet if i am customer and have food in your restaurant? Everywhere is for free – cause your meal is greasy – I needed to wahs my hands properly also. Not happy at all – coming anymore.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Toilets for free! it is everywhere in the world in this chain, so why to pay here?!
and if it is door broken - have sign and leave it open, anyway.
There was cleaning lady, but my table was very dirty when I got there.The toliets also dirty.
I guess you need more staff, so everybody can do what they have to do!
Listening to customers, asking for more options.
