Een klant heeft een klacht ingediend tegen Keuken Kampioen over een vermeende misleiding bij het afsluiten van een overeenkomst voor een keuken. In november 2018 werd de klant verteld dat een 40% korting op keukenapparatuur slechts tijdelijk was en dat de getekende overeenkomst, die geen koopcontract was, binnen twee jaar geldig zou zijn. De klant voelt zich bedrogen door deze voorwaarden, aangezien ze niet zeker waren van hun hypotheek op dat moment.

My complaints goes over keukenkampioen. In November 2018, we have visited the keukenkampioenshop in Heerlen to see how much a kitchen is going to cost for a house that we were going to buy in January, 2019. We wanted to know how much a kitchen costs so we know how much mortgage ask from the bank (including our own savings). At the time they were offering 40% discount on their kitchen appliances and they told us the discount ends by the end of the week. So they told us if we get the offer on that week and sign an overeenkomst which is not a koopcontract, it is going to be valid within the next two years and we can use it if we want it. So, we accepted and signed the papers with that in our mind. Also, to mention that, in November 2018, we were not sure that we will get the house we wanted to buy and we were sure that this is just an offer that does not obliged us to actually buy the kitchen. We also clearly told them our intention why are we there when we entered the shop and clearly discussed it with the sales person. Also, they asked us in case we successfully buy the house and wanted the kitchen, then when should be the delivery date, which we told them it would be week eight of 2019 (end of February 2019) and they put this date as the delivery date in the papers we have signed. They told us they need this date otherwise they can not put this in their system. Time passed by and we bought the house and then we went to a local shop near us and bought a kitchen (which is more expensive than what keukenkampioen offered us, so it was not like we found a cheaper kitchen and just decided not to contact keukenkampioen). we were just on aware of the keukenkampioen tricks. The kitchen we bough from the local shop was installed in the house two weeks ago (09 march 2019) and it is also fully paid for. So, after not hearing anything from keukenkampioen since November 2018, and since we were confident that we did not buy a kitchen the minute we came out of the shop in November 2018, on 13 March 2019, I got a call from them and they told me that I have actually bought a kitchen from them and they want to know what do I want to do with it. I was shocked !!!! confused !!!!. So, they told me what we signed was not an overeenkomst but actually a koop contract. Also, to mention that nothing has been made since they have not been to the house to do the measurements (they have not contacted us for four month and in the paper we signed they put the delivery date to be end of February 2019 (in case we buy the house and we want the kitchen)). After several very unpleasant phone calls, they told me I have to write an email of cancellation to them so they send it to their head office and they will cancel the order and then I will get a fine which they will decide how much is it going to be (probably around 30% of the kitchen price).

Gewenste Oplossing:

We want to cancel the contact without any fine and just forget about this horrible horrible experience with keukenkampioen, which I wish no one else have it.
