Mijn Klacht:

Hello,

I called on 22nd May at 12:38 and spoke to someone about my privacy leak of personal details by HR, being fired in public at work, employer sharing all my personal HR file with the entire office. The helper was ’trying to get a clear picture of my legal position’ kept putting me on hold. Then she came back on the line and said she was not sure but looking for a phone number for me, then the phone cut me off at 50 minutes with no help, advice or result. I will pay 12,50 for this? She could have at least called me back to finish the call. Sadly, I don’t have her name.

Gewenste Oplossing:

She could have just simply called me back, said sorry I can't help you, or given me a referral to an attorney who could help. She just let the call end and I suppose I pay 12,50 for nothing. It's not fair, at least end the conversation properly. I would be happy if either remove the charges of 12,50 for nothing, or call me back to finish the advice.
