3 years ago I was contacted by a representative from this company claiming they work with kvk and google. They claimed they help businesses get noticed blablabla. I agreed at the time when I was starting out as a business. BIG mistake! They would then call you every month afterwards to persuade you to add extra whatever that they offer.. this continued for 3 years
Problem is when you don’t answer and just get a surprise bill for €700 for no work done claiming renewal is automatic yearly. Nothing conclusive was done the last year why I wanted and still want out. You don’t hear from them unless they’re sending you a bill
Email and registered post to their address not recognized either. ANY company where clients cancel or terminate their contracts receive a ation they have received your cancellation and honor it. NOT PowerInternet!
Businesses are going burst right now. I have sent numerous emails plus registered letter to cancel whatever contract they have with me. No ation by email or anything which I find laughable because when you say yes to their services you get ation ASAP for being a customer. Their approach is Very unprofessional.
