Mijn Klacht:
Hallo,my name is robert ,
I’m from Romania.
I live in Amsterdam 10 years and all this years I pay my Health insurance..
I’m with AIDS and if I take a flu I go to hospital Because I’m really sick,
I live in the rood kruis the last 3 months.
Before I was to the street for few months because nobody help me.
Before I work like a cleaner part time for one and half year .
And also like cleaner before 3 years in sauna for a sort period .
Some months before they stop me for the work and I take uitkering for 3 months 320 euro and that month was the last.
Now I stay without money and from the IND they say that I can take bijstanduitkering because I don’t have the right.
This look really strange to me because I live and work here and I don’t have house ,I’m homeless..
Please I need Beslistermijnen this ..
Please help.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I won’t to make Beslistermijnen to IND and to learn why
The don’t help me with so many problems that I have .
My uitkering is end and they don’t give me the rite to take bijstaand. They tell my that I don’t have the right but I don’t understand why.
Also with coronovirus and because my health situation I cand find work because this they say to my ,
Find work ,how is possible with all this my problems.
Please help my.
