Illegal scam company.
I bought some windscreen wipers for my car, but when they arrived, they didn’t fit. I contacted them, and they ed that the recommendation on their website is wrong. So I wanted to send them back, but they refused to pay for the return postage. Even though they are legally required to pay for the return postage if they send the wrong items.
They are STILL making the incorrect recommendation on their website because they clearly don’t care that their system is wrong.
Avoid this company at all costs if you are relying on them recommending which size product should fit your car!
We all make mistakes, but it’s how you deal with those mistakes that makes the difference. This company is atrocious.
Gewenste Oplossing:
All they need to do is obey the law and pay for the return postage costs of the wrong items they sent.
