Hi –
I came to Netherlands in Aug’16 and enrolled on Huurexpert.nl website to look for rental apartment . I had paid 15 euros for 2 weeks. Somehow , I found the apartment . I didn’t know that they will automatically renew my subscriptions and neither I got any mail regarding renewal from them . I had made a payment through my travel card and so didn’t track any transactions on that card . Came to know only once my all money on travel card was exhaused . Sent them mail many times to refund my money as I didn’t use their service at all . but no reply .
Gewenste Oplossing:
My money should be refunded as I didn't even login to their site after the initial period
