Mijn Klacht:
i have bought the huawei mobile and the salesman said i can apply for a cash back.
after filling up all info and submitting it, i got an email back saying it is not correct IMEI, so i got the pic of the number on the box and resend it again, however i got an email back saying it is wrong so i sent another email with the full details of the application and the bill in addition to the pic of the IMEI and no reply. so i called today and the agent from huawei told me that i had to remove the stickers from the box and make a pic on it which it does not make any sense, and i said it is ok but why no one told us about it before she said sorry it is in the terms and conditions which i read and could not find any info about it.
first of all i really hope that huawei can hire an agent that can talk more politely to customers and not making them feel guilty. and secondly, i would like to know if this matter can be fixed or not.
hope to get an info asap.
