Mijn Klacht:
Yesterday night I heard from a friend that here grandmother past away, so i immediatly logged on to the Hallmark website on my phone to order two cards with two different presents for her (flowers and candies) to cheer her up and send my condolences. When i wanted to check out – i pressed afterpay- something went wrong and it said on my screen that it didnt work and i had to try again. The order fell through. So i did, i placed the order again ready to check out and again i get the same message that i didnt work. Well since it was 2.30 in the morning i gave up and went to bed. Today i noticed an e-mail that the order has been placed…double! So both exact same orders had been placed- How was i suppose to know that the order had been placed after all, because on my phone it kept saying the order fell through. And now because the order has all ready been placed and sent the customer service cannot help me… even though it was not my fault.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I feel like the service was really bad and that i should not have to pay for the second order which is the exact same as the first order. It wasnt my fault that i placed the second order, it is what hallmark advised me to do and now i feel like i was scammed because there is nothing they can do. Well they can make sure that when i get the afterpay for the second order i do not have to pay that. It is the least they can do for all the troubles they put me through!
