Mijn Klacht:

I wish I have read this page before I ever walked into this shop!!I am very angry, disappointed and pissed with HACO for the below reasons:
1. I was supposed to receive my order in the first week of February, however I received them in the third week of February instead (The HACO personnel did not even apologize for this delay)
2. I received the order with wrong color of chairs and when I called HACO, at first they did not accept they made a mistake and accused me that I am wrong and I have received the correct color !!!! and after half an hour discussion he found out they made a mistake. He told me they will deliver the correct color the next day on Saturday (again not even one single word of apology for the mistake!!). later in the evening I received an email that they cannot deliver on Saturday and they want to deliver on Tuesday!
And most interestingly every time I go to the shop they tell me there in nothing we can do. Go and fill in the online return form in which by the way I cannot explain the situation because it complains that the length of explanation is long even when I only write two sentences!!
The personnel from HACO Eindhoven are the most inconsiderate and rude people and the way they treat the customer is not horrible!

Gewenste Oplossing:

I am not satisfied since I have not received any solution and I just want they remove the delivery from my place and return my money!
