Dit heb ik naar Gucci service gestuurd en ik heb niks meer gehoord. zoals je zit de broek heb ik niet eens 3 weken daar voor gekocht en een uurtje aangehad.

The reason for contacting the costumer service is my complain about an item (Gucci legging black weblook 467527X5R331073) I have purchased on 17-8-2017 in Barcelona, Spain during our holiday. This was on the exact same day of the terrorism attack. Me and my family have experienced this tragic day filled with fear and we left de next day out of the country. I have never unboxed my purchased item during my holiday. Let’s not forget that the item is a pants, which I wouldn’t wear during the warm month of August.
When we were back of our holiday I finally had the chance to unbox my purchase and worn it for literally a few hours because I noticed that the web edge on the side was starting to bubble and getting loose while the rest was very tight. I Also noticed a torn on the seam!
On 02-09-2017 I went to the Gucci store in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I have asked to exchange or to refund the legging. They even told me that it was a factory error and that they would send it to Gucci care service.
I have learned with regret that the staff members of Gucci in Amsterdam are not being of any help with my problem. They have called me after 3 months to inform me that they don’t have any options for me. They won’t repair it and they wont exchange or refund the legging. When I started to ask about the reason why they decided not to help me any further, they actually hang up on me and didn’t answer any of my calls afterwords.
The next day, your staff member Gunaj Ali-Zade called me and told me again that she couldn’t help me any further. Now I lost the pants for 3 months and the model isn’t current as I didn’t worn it when it was! I’m really upset and I don’t want the pants back but my money. I also want to file a complain about this incident.
