Dear Grip500 Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding an incomplete tire delivery from my recent order. I purchased four tires 03/10/2024, but so far, I have only received two of them.
Upon checking the DPD delivery tracking, it shows that the remaining two tires have been at their facility since 09/10/2024. Today is 23/10/2024, and I still haven’t received the rest of my order. I contacted DPD, and they informed me that there is a possibility they have lost the shipment.
When I reached out to your customer service team, I was told I need to wait for 30 days before my case can be investigated. Given the current situation and the uncertainty surrounding my delivery, this is highly frustrating.
I have been a customer of Grip500, but this experience has been disappointing, and I am considering it my last purchase unless the issue is resolved ly.
