You would imagine that in times of Covid, you can have a flexible change of ticket, right? Well, at Gate1.nl, they excahnge the ticket to a more expensive price you bought it, and double the price of a new ticket. I spent more than 10 hours solving this situation for NO RESULT. Their staff is incompetent as I got all of the following prices : 75, then increased at 130, then 272.48, then reduced at 174,46, and finally up to 280 euros again. Almost like a lottery! Every staff member just shouts out the price they want, and when asked for explanation, they don’t even know themselves where this price difference comes from!
All in all, I am not satisfied at all with the services. I ended up losing my ticket because the price difference is more expensive than buying a new ticket in high season.
Gewenste Oplossing:
A solution with a voucher or ticket exchange would be more than welcome.
