Mijn Klacht:
We have open tickets to India with Gate1.nl. Technically this can be used until April 2023. Gate1 has a process in their system to find alternative flights and share it with the customer service team to proceed. However, this system does not show any alternative flights in their search box to rebook while the flights exists in reality. These alternate flights are operating and are also available to book via Gate1.nl if you want to make a fresh booking. However, they are not shown in the rebooking module. The rebooking module is the only way in their systems to communicate with customer service. So in the absence of these flights in their rebooking module, we cant even talk/contact their customer service. The original flights have costed us Eur 2000 and we feel we will loose all this money because of their faulty system and process. Can somebody please help us
1. System does not work as it is supposed to work
2. No phone number to call (The one’s available do not work)
3. No chat based assistance
4. The contact formulier gives an automated response to follow the above mentioned process which does not work at all.
We are super frustrated and feel cheated about our money
Gewenste Oplossing:
We need someone from Gate1.nl to call us and help us rebook our flights to India with the new dates. We are ready to pay the applicable price difference as per their policies.
