Mijn Klacht:
I booked a flight along with travel insurance. One way journey is done. I want to change the date of my return journey. The online portal does not allow changing only one leg. Customer support sends auto replies. Phone support plays IVR saying they are busy. At the end, no way to reach them out. Why the help I paid the travel insurance and what is the use?
Gewenste Oplossing:
They should get in touch with me / fix their web portal which allows me to change the return journey date.
