Mijn Klacht:
On the 13th of May I placed an order online for three custom sized window decoration: two wooden blinds and one Roman blind. According to their FAQ page custom made goods are not exchangeable or refundable.
The order arrived on the 2d June 2020. The wooden blinds had some scratches on them but nothing serious, but the Roman blind was all damaged.
On the 7th of June I opened a ticket regarding my order asking for an refund for the damaged goods. I didn’t get the answer before 18th of June (!). They wrote me that they will contact supplier and then decide what to do.
Without any notification they decided to exchange the product and I’ve got email saying that the order will be ready by 26th of June and then they will arrange delivery.
I wrote them many letters demanding refund as I am already unhappy with the quality of the service and goods and I don’t want to wait anymore for god sake!
They replied to my third email saying that You can’t receive your money back because the product is custom sized. They ignored all my email regarding their note about exchange and refund condition for the custom sized goods. As they managed to exchange the item they must be able to refund it.
They ignore my emails.
Gewenste Oplossing:
