Mijn Klacht:
I book a vacation to Venezia on 11 March/13 March with Flywise. Canceled by Flywise on 09 March. First they sent an email for a refund than they use the coronovoucher by sgr which covers the travel after 14 March. After my several contacts with the company they told me to wait for 6 months than I can ask for a refund. It is now almost 9 months. They are doing all tricks to not pay back. They send me refund forms with an adress to send it back. I sent it with aangetekende brief. And that brief came back to me cause onbekende pb. I checked twice the adress in the forms. The company is not a reliable and a fraud. I started a case in de Geschillencommissie and I hope I can get my money back.
